Barista: Clean the container.
Step 1: Empty the bean container as much as possible.
Step 2: Attach a flat nozzle to a vacuum cleaner hose to remove any potential blockage.
Step 3: Clean the bean container with a well-wrung cloth (note: no water must enter the grinder!) and a small amount of washing-up liquid.
