Latte Select: The brewing unit is stuck.

Latte Select: Step 1: Move the lever of the brewing unit to the upright position.
Step 2: Below the lever, and above the guide to which the lever is attached, you will see a round hole with a small notch and a dot in the outer ring. If the dot is on the right side, you can pull the brewing unit out of the machine (with some force).
Step 3: If the dot is not on the right side, leave the lever in the upright position and press the coffee strength (bean) button and the on/off button to rotate the drive shaft.
