Latticia OT: The drive shaft may not be in the correct position.
Step 1: Check that the water reservoir is filled and the drip tray is in place.
Step 2: Switch the coffee machine OFF and back ON. Then press and hold the coffee and cappuccino buttons simultaneously for more than 2 seconds. The drive shaft will move to the correct position.
Step 3: Reinsert the brewing unit and verify that it has clicked into place correctly.
